1. Size Guide
How do I know my shoe size? Is a shoe size method different for country / region?
Please note that EMMETT shoes are in US sizing. Shoe size method is different for one country / region to another. Please use the shoe size conversion below for your right shoe size.
2. Placing An Order & Payment
All EMMETT shoes are designed by Celebrity Shoe Designer and 100% hand made in quality by shoe making experts.
The Shop Now page in EMMETT's official site is available for customers from all countries in all over the world.
STEP TO PLACE AN ORDER
Please click on the "Buy Now" button below the shoes' picture in Shop Now page to proceed the payment. Select the correct selection of EMMETT shoes design with the correct shoe size.
To place an order we will require your billing address, delivery address, telephone number, credit card number and expiration date. If necessary these details may be used to verify your order.
STEP TO MAKE A PAYMENT
All payments are in U.S Dollars wherever of your locations are. We encouraged you to use a user safely - Paypal payment service by simply login your Paypal account to make a payment. However if you do not have Paypal account, you can simply proceed to credit/debit card payment below the Paypal login info.
PAYMENT TYPES
We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit/debit cards, major online banking (Malaysia only), GrabPay & AliPay.
SECURITY WHILE USING CREDIT / DEBIT CARD
The security of your details is of top priority to us. To ensure that your shopping experience is safe, simple and secure EMMETT uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to protect the data you send to us over the internet. All credit card transactions on this site are processed using Datacash, a secure online payment gateway which encrypts your card details in a secure host environment. If you would prefer to place your order over the telephone, please do give us a call and we will assist.
AFTER MAKE A PAYMENT
After you place your order, you will receive an email confirming that your order has been received. This does not mean your order has been accepted. Once your payment details have been approved, the receiving address has been verified, and the shoes has been located, your order will be accepted and the shoes will then be dispatched . Please do keep an eye out for any emails from us once your order has been placed, as we may contact you to verify some details.
3. Delivery
All international orders are shipped via Express Mail Service (EMS) that offers express delivery to over 232 countries worldwide . Express Mail Service (EMS) is an international express postal service offered by postal-administration members of the Universal Postal Union (UPU). EMS has the largest last mile coverage worldwide supported by the postal delivery network.
The delivery process is within 3-7 working days. However, as all EMMETT shoes are 100% custom made by shoe making experts, so we aim to have your order with you within 14 days to 30 days or 30 days to 45 days from the time you place your order for all international addresses, depending on sale seasonal (peak sale/non peak sale).
(delivery times is also subject to how fast customs clearance in destination countries).
You will be notified via email when your custom made shoes order is fully completed. We will provide you a tracking number for you to easy trace your shoes.
Due to shipping restrictions we are unable to ship to post office boxes (P.O Box). We recommend you provide a suitable shipping address where we can obtain a signature on delivery. This address should be your billing or corporate work address.
DELIVERY CHARGES
All EMMETT shoes prices shown in this site are including of delivery charges.
DELIVERY DUTY PAID (DPP)
We deliver to the following countries on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis. This means all import duties / customs taxes and local sales taxes are calculated and included within the purchase price. List of DPP countries:
DELIVERY DUTY UNPAID (DDU)
We also deliver to various other countries on a DDU basis (Delivery Duty Unpaid). This means you will be liable for any local sales taxes or import duties which may be charged on the delivery of your order:
We will always seek confirmation from you prior to dispatching your first DDU shipment to make sure you are fully aware of the DDU policy.

PARCEL INSURANCE
Your parcel is insured by EMMETT during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. A signature is required for every delivery and it is at this point where the responsibility for the goods delivered is passed to the consignee.
Please note that all delivery times should be referred to as guidelines only and may vary during our seasonal sale periods.
