Order, Payment, Shipping & Refund/Return/Exchange

Made-To-Order Shoes and Bags

 

1. Select your accurate shoe type and shoe size before make an order.

2. Shoe type, heels height and shoes color shown in product image in this site are the only characteristics that are available to make an order.

3. Product image shown in this site may a little bit different for the real product in terms of real color and real fabric / faux leather compared to photography quality.

4. Some of shoes design shown in this site has a special ribbon tag as follows:
 
  "Limited Edition" - Limited in produced quantity due to special fabrics / materials / accessories used. For this tag, the size
                                        selection may also has a limitation choice.

  "Hot Item"          -  Shoes design that get the most attention of customers. For this tag, customers will enjoy a benefit of a
                                     shorter order period within 7- 14 days, subjects to availability of the shoe size availability.

  "Sold Out"         -   Shoes design that used to be a "Limited Edition" ribbon tag. This collection will not be produce again

                                    due to exclusivity of design and factors of limited edition fabrics, materials or accessories.

Payment Option

We accept payment from major credit cards or debit cards with the logo of Mastercards, Visa and American Express. We also accept major online banking payment in Malaysia. Customers can also make payment through GrabPay, PayPal and AliPay.

All successful checkout item will be automatically submit to make a custom shoes or bags within 24 hours.
 

 

Shipping

Shoes order will ready and successfully finish within 7-14 days or 10-21 days (depends on production volume season or public holiday in Malaysia), and ready to ship via Standard Shipping of selected courier services such as Pos Malaysia, J&T Express, DHL, SF Express, Aramex, Pigeon and etc. within the next 3-7 working days.

 

 

Hand-Made Shoes and Bags Policy

 

(1)  EMMETT hand made shoes require at least 2 weeks to one month to finish up. Please patiently wait for the said times 

      for your shoes to completely finish until safely shipped to you.

(2) Once you complete your checkout button for your payment / purchase, your EMMETT shoes order will proceed on the

      same day.

(3) Please let us finish your order within 2 weeks to one month.

(4) The shipping process will take within 3-7 working days from the time your shoes are completely finish and checked by

       our quality control officer.

(5) You will get email notifications from EMMETT from time to time including of confirmation of the time you made a

      payment, your complete / finish of your shoes order and the confirmation of shipping process (Track ID will be given).

 

 

Return / Exchange Policy

 

1.  Cancellation of shoes order must be made within 24 hours after successful item checkout process / payment made by

    mailing to emmettshoes@gmail.com or WhatsApp through +601123241533. Please provide a mandatory EMMETT Brands

    Invoice link or screenshot image for us to process. Refund will be successfully made within 3-7 working days. 

   Cancellation  of shoes order is also subject to availability of shoes design that you have already select, such as "Limited 

    Edition" shoes.

2.  All successful product shipping cannot be returnable / changeable to EMMETT Shoes unless it caused by our fault of

    defect quality only. Note that we know to differentiate whether the shoes condition defect caused by our fault or by

    customer's fault.

3. All successful checked item / payment made after 24 hours cannot be refunded to you as your shoes order is already

    submit to make by our expert shoe maker team.

 

4. If there's an issue about our product, please proceed your feedback / complaint through our email at       

     emmettshoes@gmail.com, and we will fix the issue as a win-win situation.

 

 

Ready-To-Made Shoes and Bags

​

1. Browse and select our exclusive and limited edition Ready-To-Made collection through our official e-commerce website,

   Lazada, Shopee, Facebook or Instagram page. Proceed to make payment via major credit card, online banking (Malaysia 

   only), GrabPay or AliPay.

​

2. Order applicable only in Malaysia, Singapore, Brunei, Indonesia, Thailand and Philippines.

​

3. Our Ready-To-Made collection is available online while stocks last.

​

4. Shipping will be fulfilled by EMMETT Brands through Standard Delivery (3-7 days) of selected courier services if 

     customers order through our official website, and to be fulfilled by e-commerce provider through Lazada or Shopee. 

 

5. Refund, return or exchange is subjected to e-commerce platforms policy if order made through Lazada or Shopee and standard

    policy applies when order made through EMMETT official website.

 

 

Disclaimer

 

(1)  As EMMETT Shoe Designer is an animal lover, our shoes doesn't and will never use materials from animal especially

      sources from endangered animal.

(2) Concerning the effect on women's health especially in nerves, joints and bones, EMMETT shoes doesn't and will not has

      heels of 5 inches and more without put a suitable height on front platform base.
